- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The billing department is an incompetent bunch. They don't care about patients that have been there since 2011 and have been loyal patients. All they care about is money and they charge you WAY too much for a 5 second office visit. Their fee schedule with insurance companies are awful. To boot, they don't even meet you halfway. It's all or nothing. Little did they know, I do exactly what they do, I work in the billing department at a large doctor's office and our office has more compassion and less vulgarity towards our patients. And our fee schedule (contractual rate) with insurances are way better. I wouldn't touch this place with a ten foot pole, not if you have a deductible plan!October 22, 2017by Heather Uscio
